Bushra Khalid, the Director of Student Services, brings over 20 years of experience in higher education to the Academy of Learning Bay/Queen campus. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and has dedicated her career to supporting and advocating for students. As the Director of Student Services, Bushra oversees a wide range of programs and resources that enhance the student experience at the AOL Bay/Queen campus. She is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. Bushra is passionate about staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices in student services and using that knowledge to continually improve the programs and services offered at AOL Toronto.
Inoka is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and business consulting. She has also worked with the private career college sector in Canada for over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to career services. She has guided numerous students to ensure that they are job-ready graduates. She is a passionate career services professional and has fostered many employer partnerships over the years in the community. She holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Texas, USA.
Russell has over 15 years of experience working in the education recruitment field and is very passionate about helping his students change their lives and careers. Prior to her tenure at AOLCC, she brought her expertise to Everest College and Medix College.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in both office and medical settings as a highly skilled and experienced professional in the healthcare industry. With a strong background in office administration, she offers a unique blend of organizational and clinical expertise to this role. She has worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health centres.
Her educational background includes a degree in Medical Office Administration from Everest College and General Arts and Science – Pre-Nursing from Centennial College.
Her role involves organizing and overseeing the clinical schedules of PSWs for their practicum, providing them with hands-on experience in the field, and assisting them in finding employment after they graduate.
Julia brings over 10 years of experience in the education sector, with a robust background in program management and regulatory compliance. As the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, she ensures that the organization not only meets but exceeds regulatory standards by overseeing policy development and enforcement, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence. He oversees compliance operations and ensures support for student success by maintaining adherence to educational policies. As the Compliance Coordinator at the Academy of Learning, Elizabeth ensures adherence to institutional standards and Ministry guidelines. Her role involves meticulously monitoring student attendance and progress in our instructor-led programs, devising personalized study plans for those in need of academic support, and overseeing disciplinary actions and withdrawal processes in accordance with established policies. Working collaboratively with different departments, she aims to provide comprehensive support for students to succeed. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Statistics.
Sonali Lakhi is the Program Coordinator for the instructor-led courses. She seamlessly integrates students into their self-study and instructor-led learning experiences, providing them with unconditional support throughout their journey with the Academy of Learning, from their warm welcome to the AOL family to bidding them farewell. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from India and a postgraduate diploma in Pharmaceutical Microbiology from Canada. Sonali has been with AOL since December 2021, making her well-versed in the industry for over 2 years.
Aleena is a dedicated professional with over five years of experience in corporate compliance, administration, reporting, and bookkeeping. As a former corporate compliance and accounting professional, she has varied experience in company incorporation, liquidation, annual filing, and maintaining internal accounts. Holding a Diploma in Computerized Accounting from the Academy of Learning Career College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, and having cleared the Executive level of Company Secretaryship from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Aleena combines strong technical skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
